Strategic Planning for 2025-2029
Over three meaningful days, Sunita Foundation team and board members came together to reflect on lessons learned, challenges faced, and the progress made. The path hasn’t always been easy, the work is complex, and the needs are real. But so is our commitment. Through this strategic planning process, we’ve set priorities for the next five years: to strengthen survivor-led approaches, improve systems, expand reach, and ensure sustainability. This plan is not just a document, it’s a living commitment to walk forward with clarity, compassion, and the courage to keep pushing for lasting change
